Garana Fusion Festival 2018 is a follow-up to the first edition of the Fusion & Gospel Festival 2017 which served to increase the level of musical, cultural, and artistic education for young people, programming for the community as a whole, and to support the development of local communities by promoting high-quality cultural and artistic programs, and by creating and implementing national and international multi-cultural and cultural exchange projects .

The festival brought international artists from the USA, Senegal, the Netherlands, Serbia, Germany, and Hungary to Romania, promoting​​American values and culture, combining different genres of music, from Africa, Europe, and the USA, and performed by legendary world-renowned artists Michael Hill / USA, Tony Cintron/ USA , AbdouMboup/ USA, Joseph Bowie/ USA, Dean Bowman/USA together with NemanjaZlatarev&Funktastic Coalition/ SRB, RaresTotu/ RO, Dixie Krauser/D, The Road Band/RO, The Petting Blues Band/SRB, Adam Haraszi Band/HU, Gospel Choir Visions of Dreams/RO-USA.
